Stay Away from this Guy-He show fake pictures
Even though I book very early, the night before my arrival, the owner told me that he does not have place and started directing me in different low quality apartments throughout the City (Away from center, old decor, high floors without elevator!). I love Minsk, and visit often, but the name Vip apt, does not at all represent the service. This guy seems like an agent who finds apts in the last minute for his customers, as I received many calls from different apt owners the last minute to finally find my accommodation! Never again!

An acceptable place
Spent only a few hours before an early takeoff to the airport. The apartement isn't easy to find, located in an inside yard without any signs and indication where it might be. Enough space for 4-5 people. The advertised 3 sofa- beds were 2 but double size so that worked out. Toilet lacked toilet paper and couldn't be locked. Some wear and tear here and there but overall and for the money spent an acceptable place. There were no receit given upon payment.

Отличные апартаменты в центре
Апарты расположены около центральной площади Минска- здание целиком во дворе, шума с улицы не слышно вообще. Кстати, ограничен вход в подъезд - вход по ключу-кнопке. На следующий день выезжали поздно и нам разрешили поздний выезд без доплаты. Собственно, апартаменты представляют собой большую студию, в которой большая двуспальная кровать, и изолированную кухню, отдельно - ванная. Хорошо спланировано пространство, есть два шкафа для вещей, один довольно вместительный, другой - поменьше. На кухне чайник, плита, холодильник, микроволновка, посуда. В ванной достаточно полок для моей косметики, на случай отключения горячей воды предусмотрительно установлен бойлер. Хорошая свежая сантехника и ванна-джакузи. Инфраструктура поблизости хорошая: есть около пяти кафе, в том числе с доставкой еды, ближе к метро есть. Район сам по себе прекрасный: тут расположено несколько офисов, поэтому тут тихо и спокойно. Плюс рядом несколько торговых центров.

квартира новая и полностью соответствует описанию
Изначально, для визита в Минск выбрали гостиницу "Виктория", но позже решили рассмотреть вариант апартаментов. Среди большого разнообразия, остановили свой выбор на этой квартире, о чем в последствии ни разу не пожалели. Квартира расположена в самом центре города в новом доме, в тихом дворике по соседству парком. Во дворе всегда можно найти место для парковки, и что не менее важно, не смотря на то, что парковка является общественной, за сохранность машины можно не беспокоиться - ведется видеонаблюдение. В непосредственной близости расположено множество магазинов, различных кафе, ресторанов, банк, зеленый сквер, да и весь центр у вас на ладони. Также в 5 минутах ходьбы от дома находится станция метро. Сама квартира новая и полностью соответствует описанию, представленному на сайте. Очень чисто, уютно, комфорт в каждой детали. Думаю, излишне будет писать о наличии всей техники и полностью укомплектованной кухни, а также таких приятных мелочей, как банные принадлежности. Особо хочу отметить два санцзла и огромную ванну-джакузи. Отличный WiFi. Застекленная лоджия. В целом квартира очень понравилась, не задумываясь выбрали бы ее еще раз. Будем рекомендовать знакомым и друзьям. Спасибо за гостеприимство и приятные впечатления от Минска.

Очень удобная постель. Качество сна - отличное.
Все на хорошем уровне. Ремонт шикарный. Новая мебель.Чисто. По ТВ много каналов интересных. Апартаменты оборудованы сауной и гидромассажной ванной, которая станет лучшим массажем для спины, камином и сейфом. Расположение удобное. Рядом метро.Рядом торговый центр. Аптека. Гастроном. Удобная парковка. Принимают к оплате любые карты и наличные.

Hotelet gick inte att hitta ,fråga runt bland taxi chafförer samt den adress som var uppgiven på bokningen och på affärer som fanns på denna adress men ingen kände till det samt prova 3-4 olika telefon nummer men inget fungera.

Останавливался с семьей на ночь в этих апартаментах. В целом квартира приемлема для жизни, свет есть, душ и туалет работают, на кухне все в порядке, Однако обслуживание весьма сомнительное. Приехав, ждали полчаса менеджера, хотя предупреждали о приезде и заблаговременно, и за полчаса до прибытия. Квартира на пятом этаже пятиэтажки без лифта - не очень удобно с чемоданами. В номере не оказалось части полагающегося белья и туалетной бумаги. Менеджер, поискав в машине, смог найти только бумагу, а о том, чтобы привезти белье и речи не было. На имеющемся белье после отъезда менеджера были обнаружены пятна. На просьбу по телефону заменить грязный комплект был получен ответ "оно же из прачечной". Ну, бывает и из прачечной грязное, это же не значит, что мы должны его использовать. Больше менеджер на связь не выходил, благо получил с нас деньги до этого. Остальное - по-мелочи: раскладной диванчик раскладывается на расползающиеся в разные стороны составные части (тоже в сомнительных пятнах). Пульт от кондиционера отсутствует, интернет не работает, на окнах не работающие жалюзи. Плюс - неурегулированные отношения с соседями, которые все время пытались выяснить, сколько живет здесь человек, где хозяин и тд. и т.п.

Ужас!!!
Настоящая афера! Человек сдает квартиры в наем и называет это Apartment services! По приезду в город мы, имея на руках подтверждение бронирования, выяснили, что каким-то образом успели отменить свое бронирование! Поэтому наша квартира сдана другим людям. Помочь в поиске другого жилья человек на том конце телефонного провода отказался! Отвратительный сервис!
