There was a fire in the hotel as we were trying to check-in. They continued shutting the alarm and said it wasn’t a fire. It, in fact was. We were unable to check in because the fire department had the hotel shut down for the actual fire. They refused to refund our money.

We loved the vibe of this hotel! Specifically, when we walked into this hotel, it immediately felt like we were on vacation! With a bar and seating overlooking a pool area, music playing, and ample artwork displayed, it all just gave a really fun feeling right from the moment we walked in. The room was clean but the staff didn't come and make up the room or fix the bed for our second night. They did, however, offer towels. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location. There was plenty of parking. I would stay again!

The staff was amazing and as accommodating as they could be but that is where the positives end. The condition of the rooms, and the housekeeping is horrendous. We went through 4 rooms, that were dirty and smelled like smoke. The 4th one seemed ok, until we found a dirty washcloth in the shower. The cleanliness level is a zero at best. They gave us an "upgrade" due to the rooms stinking like cigarette, which included an air mattress for the second bed, complete with a hole in it. Dirt on the floors, stained sheets, hair in the tub, and no working tub plug. Top 5 worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

We were there for a birthday party. The gal at the front desk who checked us in was awesome. There was confusion on my part checking in and she was so very helpful. Thank you to her. I did not get her name. Bummed about that. Breakfast in the morning was good, the cook kept everything cleaned and full.

They are in the process of updating the rooms I had a nice renovated room while one person in my party had a room in the section where the renovation was not done. Their room smelled like smoke. Once the renovation is completed it will be a 5 rating for everything.

If you’re going to advertise for hair dryer in your room accommodation then provide one!!! Also, if you have a fancy heating lamp in the bathroom for your guest to use, make sure the light bulb works!!😩

Well after 3 tries to get us a room that wasn't already occupied or that wasn't ready he finally found one. That one smelled of disinfect that someone who went crazy with spraying. I would never recommend this hotel.

It wasn't at all what I read about in the review or saw in the pictures as I researched. When we arrived to check in, two staff were arguing at the check in counter and didn't stop as we walked up. A few minutes later another lovely staff came behind the counter to check us in and looked utterly embarrassed. The room was not clean and was really run down. The curtain was being held by half of it's clips, half falling down, spots on the mirrors and the kitchenette was quite dirty. It was a full house so could not change rooms. We were there for two nights and the room did not get made up - even though the "make up room" sign was on the door the entire day. Check out said noon on Expedia and by 11:01 they were knocking on the door telling us to check out. Location was great and the pool area was really nice. I was disappointed as the reviews were so positive and we're really not picky but this was pretty bad. Maybe it was just the room we stayed in as others looked happy. We had a poolside room but the door was so warped it would no longer slide open. In all fairness, the hotel was very very busy so maybe that had something to do with cutting corners.

Good hotel near the shopping mall. Cool music/vinyl vibe inside with art on the walls. Hot tub and pool were more then adequate. Hot tub temperature was good. Pool area was clean. Rooms are a bit dated but super clean. Bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also comfy! Our room had a sliding glass door out to the pool area. Convenient and fun. Met some nice folks while sitting in the hot tub. Walked over to Longhorn for supper and had extra drinks because it was walkable. Walked over to the mall too. Overall, really enjoyed staying here, the price was cheap for all the convenience of it!

Rough clientele. Dirty rooms. Room temp wouldn't stay where it was set. Place is dated. The drunks in the "lobby bar" is new, considering the front desk is the bar. I expected better.
