This is 2 bedroom side by side duplex. You have a King bed in the large room and full with twin trundle bed in the other room. Living walks out to the back yard. Free onsite laundry

This property has two personalities. One is the exterior, which has a scruffy lawn (unlike the neighbors' manicured lawns), cobwebs around the door, and weeds growing from the debris collected in the gutters. The other is the interior, which is modern, clean, and fully equipped. There is a major public improvement project behind the back yard, which is scheduled to be completed in 2027. During our stay, heavy equipment was used throughout the night, interrupting our sleep. Bottom line, I would not stay here again.

Nice, quiet location

The duplex was clean and in a nice location. VRBO stated that I needed to get ahold of the homeowner if the code was not on my reservation page by a certain date, so I did and he responded a few days later. I received check-in information that morning of arrival. There was no packet left with WI-FI information or check-out procedures, so, I had to contact him for that information as well. Amenities included a dishwasher, my side of the duplex did not have a dishwasher. You also have to share the washer/dryer with the duplex next door in a common room in the basement. The area itself was great. Safe and quiet.

Nice and clean, close to everything we needed.

This is an excellent place to stay. Easy to find close to everything we needed to be close to. Food, green way for a run / walk and family. Needed to send a message to host for entrance code and p.W. for wifi for some reason it wasn't in the VRBO message. This was quickly solved. Would happily stay here again.

Don't stay here

Don't stay here. Property is dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, half the lights in the kitchen don't work, all the blinds are dirty and half of them are broken. The bathroom is filthy, unstocked, and in need of repairs. Property has some false information on the listing. It states this is a house that sleeps 5. It is a duplex that has 2 bedrooms that sleep 2 in each bed, no pull out couch, but it has a 'crash pad' pillow type thing for sleeping an extra person. Far from ideal, especially when there's no blankets provided for the crash pad. Bathroom had no extra toilet paper, and had only 4 shower towels, no hand towels, so we had to go to the store and buy a bath towel and tp (we had 5 people staying for 3 nights), plus a blanket. Shower faucet is caked with mold rust. Disgusting. Paint is chipping off, toilet is old and the seat is halfway broken, and you can see an improvised caulking job to fix where it was leaking. The host needs to spend $100 fixing the toilet and putting a new faucet and a coat of paint, and get the right amount of towels. Kitchen also lists it has a dishwasher, it does not. Property also says it has a washer+dryer, but that's in a shared space between the two duplexes. We didn't know the place was a duplex and were surprised to walk into the shared area to find someone in there already! Uncomfortable beds. Host definitely just bought the cheapest things possible for this place. Dishes and silverware are obviously from a thrift store and don't match.
