The Hotel Landing sits a block from a lake in a walkable area with many bars, restaurants, and boutiques. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff helpful. I would recommend it.

Very welcoming and accommodating from even before arrival through departure. Restaurant and bar staff really good and excellent food and drink options. Comfortable room and well appointed.

Love it! Easy to find parking and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Love how they set everything ready for you. The rooms are very nice. Will definitely come again!

Very nice area, hotel was clean and like new. Great communication with staff and management, beginning days before checking in. They are more than willing to cater to your every need. Location was most important on this Christmas travel trip. This hotel was the closest to my daughter's home four minutes away.

Great area would stay again
Lovely property and the catering at our business Mtg was great. Comfortable linens and pillows. The slightly over zealous house keeper took an empty water bottle that travel on planes with to get through security even though it was not in the trash. Oh well.

I have been charged by both Expedia and the hotel. My original stay was delayed by one day due to the bad weather in Minneapolis. Expedia told me to talk to the hotel and the hotel told me to talk to Expedia. It’s impossible to get through to anyone who can sort this out and make a decision. Very unhappy with the process. It is likely that what you are seeing as a double charge is the authorizing hold we placed on your credit card for incidentals at check in. Many credit card apps show these holds as charges when they are not an actual charge. If you would like to contact us for further discussion about your bill please call the Hotel at 952-777-7900 and ask to speak with the Front Office Manager. Staff was not very attentive and young. When we arrived, we waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes until a young woman finally came to the desk. She didn’t apologize for making us wait or thank us for waiting. Shower head fell apart. Hotel was clean, however we were disappointed with our stay. We heard a lot of hype about this hotel, but do not think the price is worth the stay.
