The staff was excellent from check-in to breakfast and everyone in between. Great check out time. Valet was easy. I only wish the hot tub & pool were open until Midnight. Otherwise wouldn't change a thing. Great stay!

It was a great place. Shuttle up to Xcel energy center was nice. But the traffic was loud outside the room. It's right across from hospital. Heard sirens a few times throughout the night.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we come to St Paul and do so because we like the rooms, service, amenities and the beds. However, this time we were booked into Room 223. The bed was so bad that both my husband and I woke up with backaches. The front desk was great and moved us into an adjacent room, where the bed was the very comfortable one we were accustomed to.

the rooms were great. staff was excellent. it was a little away from the excel center street were not lite well. parking was very poor had to double park on the street. had to pay for parking i feel you should not have to for the inconvenience

Surprised by how awesome this was.
So clean, so comfortable. . Breakfast had lots of options, and the coffee bar was appreciated. Shuttle operator kind and front desk helpful.

My family loved having the pool when it was cold out. Breakfast was an excellent variety and the kitchens were very helpful for our extended stay. Staff was so kind and helpful. We're looking for the excuse to stay again!

A really excellent hotel, walking distance to both some great restaurant options and the river. The room was nicely designed, clean and cosy, with a full compact kitchen. The whole property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I booked and paid for a four night stay but wasn't able to make it for the first night due to bad weather. I emailed Marriott to inform them of my situation. The hotel cancelled my entire reservation and would not refund any money. I then had to rebook at a higher rate, because I needed somewhere to sleep. I can't think of a better example of "Screw the customer" and "Corporate Greed"

I loved that there were so many places to eat within walking distance. It is also a short walk to the Xcel center, which makes it a nice place to stay if you are going to an event there. There wasn't the option of having waffles or pancakes every morning. Otherwise breakfast was ok. Another thing that I found weird was that the room didn't have one of those stands you can put your suitcase on. Every other hotel I've been to has one. I ended up putting my suitcase on a counter, and i much rather would've liked to have that counter space to keep everything organized.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel and our hotel room was. I usually stay in another hotel nearby, but will be choosing this hotel from now on. Very clean rooms, which you don’t see now days. And very friendly staff!

Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but to be expected with valet parking near a big city downtown. It could've been way worse than it was, but the room itself was excellent and that's why i gave the highest rating .

I would never stay at this property again. Night staff very rude and short. Booked a handicap room night clerk assured me it was ADA it was not. Assured we would get picked up by shuttle after the concert. Left concert early shuttle never arrived. Very upsetting.
