If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property. • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee. • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and cozy with comfortable patio furniture and string lights. We loved the walkable location as well.
Very nice home just a bit hard to get a close parking place if you get back after 6 or 7 pm. I think they should put curtains on bedroom window so daylight doesn’t wake you in the mornings. But overall a very nice place quiet neighbors. Barely saw them. Enjoyed our stay and visit with family.
Loved location…around the corner from our son and daughter-in-law. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for entertaining. We did have trouble with tv in living room. Trouble with figuring out how to use and when we thought we had it…no signal. Would have appreciated more info. Would have been a perfect 5 except for trouble with tv

Cute, comfy house/ sketchy area.
The home itself was cute, clean, spacious. The rules were simple and fair. Checking in and out was easy and hassle-free. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I missed having was a meat thermometer. The pictures to help with taking care of clean dishes was very helpful. I did find mold in the shower. Showering was awkward and difficult due to the shower head being located on the long side of the tub, and it was fixed to one position. We had to stagger showers in order to have enough hot water for all of us. I did have trouble feeling safe in the area. With pan- handlers on the same block, graffiti and litter all over, it felt a little more rough than I'm comfortable with. The doors with simple locks and what could have been easy enough access to the tenants in the other unit in the house.
The place had everything we needed. It was clean. What was great was that we have two small dogs, and the backyard was perfect to let them out. It was fenced, well-lit, and had a nice patio to walk out onto. Plus the Butter Bakery down the street had awesome biscuits.
Good location....several good eateries nearby and downtown is a short drive. Lance was very helpful and his "local guide" book he personally assembled is very useful. We would stay here again.

This is our second stay here and it won’t be the last. Love the location and the comfortable spaces. Very clean and has all of the amenities you need. So very comfortable king bed...love it.
The only complaint, I would have is, it said free parking, I took that to mean parking on the property, but there wasn’t. Other than that it was a great rental.
The close proximity to Lakewood cemetery was the reason we chose this house. It was perfect for our extended family to gather right after the ceremonies, being only about a mile away. It made it easy to keep folks together a bit before they traveled on. The rest of the days the 3 of us stayed were very comfortable and relaxing in this home. We loved having coffee in the front sun room in the morning.

Went to the cities to visit our daughters and found this great duplex to stay in. Beautifully decorated, very clean and welcoming lower level house was a huge hit for all of us to meet and enjoy our few days together.

The Best!
I have stayed at this VRBO a number of times, and it is always the best stay ever! It is clean, comfortable, so close to restaurants, and minutes from the highways to get to other locations. The owner, Lance, is so responsive, and it's just a joy to spend a weekend here. Highly, highly recommended!!

Great rental near lots of places to eat and drink
This place had the best kitchen I've ever seen in a rental-love the strong gas stove! Bathroom had lots of little travel sized toiletries, but of course this was the very rare trip when we didn't forget to pack anything we needed lol. Comfy couches and beds.

Great urban place to stay. Love it.
We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom..shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers. On busy Nicolet Avenue however home is set back so far and it was very quiet. Loved the front sunroom. Spent a lot of time there reading, etc. Fantastic place.
My adult daughter and I enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing time. Beds were great, ample blankets, towels, toileties etc. Well appointed kitchen. Location was safe and convenient to shopping, cafes, and a park. I highly recommend this property and management company.

Great property!
Lance was an exceptional host. This place has everything you could possible need and is in walking distance from many great restaurants. The lakes aren't too far away, either, which make our stay even more enjoyable. Lance was incredibly responsive and make sure we were well taken care of. House is adorable, well maintained, and incredibly relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place!
