☀ Please refrain from moving furniture.
☀ Wet items should be hung on the railing outside or placed in the laundry room.
☀No shoes are allowed inside the house; please leave them by the doors.
☀Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet & $75 for a maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
☀ No smoking, vaping, incense, cannabis, e-cigarettes or marijuana on the premises.
☀ Please note that you will be charged $50 for Trash and $100 for Hot Tub if you do not follow the provided trash and hot tub instructions.
☀No candles or open flames are prohibited on the premises.
☀ Outdoor fires must be extinguished with water after each use.
☀ The hot tub cover must remain on and secured when not actively used.
☀ Firearms are not allowed.
☀ Do not feed wildlife, hunt, trap, or abuse animals.
☀ Glass is not permitted in the hot tub.
☀ Drinks are not allowed on the shuffleboard table.
☀ Plastic dinnerware is provided for outdoor use.
☀ The maximum number of guests allowed is 10.
☀ Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM.

☀ Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings.
☀ Driving on the class five circle driveway during winter and early spring months (wet season) is not allowed.

☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
