Kasa Bryn was a great place to stay. It was safe, secure and had heated garage for your car. It was very easy to navigate. Their virtual front desk gives you everything you need to get in, find your unit and someone is available via phone IF you have a problem. The apt was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The location is 7mins from downtown which was perfect for what we needed. One night a rowdy crowd walked the street but all was ok. If we ever have to travel to Minneapolis again I would stay there again. We went for a tournament in the middle of winter and it snowed. Very cold!

Everything went well , place was clean and marvelous. Only thing was that they didn’t have the garage key for my unit which caused me to open garage from inside. (Very difficult if your alone when you arrive) besides that place was very comfortable.

I really did like this place! I was a bit nervous for the self check in and virtual desk but instructions were very simple to follow and they always answered my questions really quick! My family and I would definitely stay here again and get to explore the area a bit more.

This 2-bdrm was at a reasonable price point and exactly what we needed to recover and relax. Parking was available in the ramp for a fee, otherwise street parking was also available. Instructions to access the unit were very thorough. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet near local shops and entertainment if preferred. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Arenza deserves a promotion!

Arenza, the property manager, was present for us from the moment we arrived until four days later when we left. The property was clean, safe and centrally located. Arenza's cheerfulness and professionalism made the stay particularly enjoyable. You'll like nearby "Cup of Java" for coffee and breakfast.

Stayed for a holiday weekend and needed a good kitchen for cooking and hosting a family meal. It was perfect and well equipped. Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, lovely balcony. Conveniently located to downtown Minneapolis.

The location is good, and it was very clean. There was a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. There are no grab bars in the tub, though the shower was nice. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, (2 pots and 2 skillets, all of which are well used). There is very limited space to store clothes. There is no dresser or bureau. The garage was nice, and parking spots were right below the unit., which made it convenient.

Beautiful property,clean and quiet.Great apartment with everything in it you’ll need. Awesome view at night of a city in the distance. Unfortunately hardly any dining or shops around. The only problem I got was opening that gadget to get to the elevator fob,it takes a bit to get it to work otherwise my stay was very pleasant.

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Convoluted check in process, multiple codes (building door, elevator code, apartment entry, garage door opener, etc). They were unable to provide a missing bedding item despite multiple communications throughout the day of checking in and into that evening. They texted many misleading responses reassuring it would be provided and by bedtime one of the beds was still not provided with sheets. They finally offered a change of room nearly 1 o’clock in the morning. We opted to just wait till the following day to get sheets from them rather than moving. Clearly they have no staff soon after the check-in hour to address any on-site issues as simple as providing missing sheets.

This place is a gem. Make your stay the best

This place is incredible. The space was great. Decorated modern minimally, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals, laundry in the bedroom closet, a big comfortable kings size bed, etc. I could go on and on. The gym was great. The common shared spaces on the top floor were incredible with views of downtown mpls. It felt like I was there alone as I never really saw anyone else. I lover’s having this one bedroom apt for a few days. I used to live only 2 blocks away from here. I watched this place being built. The area is up and coming and so close to downtown. If I had to say one thing marginal about my stay, it would be that I dumped the ice when I got there and in 3 days the ice maker had made maybe 30 cubes of ice. I couldn’t figure out was was wrong. However I did use the virtual help online and they got back to me right away. They were helpful with suggestions but I didn't fuss with it. Check-in, assistance, check out was so flawless and easy… all virtual.
