The hotel was very clean and the room was beautiful!!!! Close to public transportation, a few nice stores were nearby, there was a Walgreens right around the cirner where i purchased items i had forgotten.
Stay was fine, We booked for 4 nights for a job in the area,we finished two days early, they would not let us cancel the last night and charged us because we booked through Expedia. It is disappointing.
Me and my fiancé got overcharged when we already paid almost $500 for 2 nights. We got charged an extra $150.00 for no apparent reason. Never had this happen at ANY hotel. I’m a traveler so I know this ain’t right. The manager wasn’t helpful and couldn’t even refund us and was confused on what we were trying to explain to him. He didn’t know what he was talking about. We did two different transactions. 1 on a credit card then 1 on a debit card. Both went through because he said all was good. Now, we’re out $150 dollars and he told us to reconcile with the bank when he could have easily refunded us. We are going to dispute ALL the charges because this is unacceptable.

Hotel was nice but we didn’t have any hot water to shower. And the walls must be very thing we were woke up super early in the am when the neighbors got back from the bars.
We stayed at this hotel for ONE NIGHT and spent $50 dollars in parking. We were never told about any parking privileges related to the hotel. We were never told about any parking period. I asked the front desk if we parked in the ramp around the corner and they simply said “yes” with no further information. Clarity on the parking and expenses is pertinent to a guest, especially if it appears the parking is affiliated with the hotel.
The parking ramp was filled with unsavory characters that made us feel unsafe. The front desk attendant was also very unhelpful and lied about validating parking. The hotel itself is gorgeous, so it’s such a number that everything else makes it so that we won’t be back.

Hi Sarah,Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I'm saddened to hear that you experienced some issues and did not enjoy your stay. The parking ramp is patrolled 24 hours a day by their security team, unfortunately with it being a public ramp anyone has access to it. I apologize for your check in experience, along with the misinformation about parking. Your feedback will help us coach our front desk team and ensure this experience does not happen again. I have gone ahead and refunded the parking charges for the inconveniences that you faced. If I can be of any assistance to you, please reach out to me further.Thank you,-Hayley RiegerGuest & Team Member Experience ManagerHotel Indigo Minneapolis
We love going to the Indigo. As usual, it was clean and the bed was nice. The staff was decent as well.
The reason why I am not giving a higher rating is because there was construction going on in the parking ramp so it was dusty on the way in. We were also in on a floor where there was a lot of doors being slammed and you could hear people walking around upstairs so it was really hard to sleep with all the excessive noise which was a bummer.
This hotel was beautiful. Hotel staff were very friendly and we got daily texts asking how our stay was going. The hotel restaurant is very good too. Our only complaints are the hotel is very loud, sounded like people were bowling upstairs, so light sleepers beware. The other issue is parking, it is very expensive for their parking ramp and not free even though you are staying there. But besides that it is very clean and rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a great vanity area with lighted mirror for the ladies!
Parking wasn't easy to find, ended parking in another ramp which the hotel told us to just stay parked and use that ($50 parking fee from 1:00pm-9:45am!!) the room was okay, the shower seal was falling off bottom of the sliding door BUT when went to take a shower it ran cold, left it running for 10 minutes and still cold. I called the front desk she said "oh that's because the maintenance guys are currently working on it so it's just cold" like are you kidding me!! For a room that's over $200 cold water and no breakfast included. Terrible
Very friendly staff, good service, restaurant in the main floor a plus if you don't want to walk outside, the parking a bit confusing, but not too bad, the first room we got had the toilet seat off, so they gave us a different room.
