Loved the hot tub. The heat in the bedroom wouldn't come on for a long time. I had to get up several times throughout the night to power off the heater and then turn it back on in order to get the heat to come on. I don't know what that was about. Anyway, the grounds were okay, but my window overlooked the parking lot that really is just a parking lot with dumpsters and equipment. That was disappointing when I could have been on the other side of the hotel and looked over the courtyard. I honestly think that I will continue to stay at the La Quinta. Minus the hot tub of course

Not terrible, but not great. Probably not worth the price. Pros: pretty clean; fridge and microwave; thermostat works; plenty of parking; staff was good. Cons: drab room; tiny window overlooking the gravel-laden roof; loud a/c; old residential toilet; shower blasts water that spills out unless you block it with the shower curtain; bathroom door won't latch shut; breakfast isn't even free. None of these are deal-breakers on their own, but I expected more for the price and especially having reserved way in advance. Maybe they give the nicer rooms to those who reserve directly on their website, as opposed to third party.

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff were present and responsive. Its a budget motel close to the interstate and airport, but safe, quiet, and clean. The pool has a cool, vintage vibe. Our bathtub wouldn't drain, and the maintenance person resolved the issue within 30 minutes. The pool is clean and quiet with plenty of clean towels provided. The breakfast is $9 per adult with kids eating for free, but it was a typical hotel buffet breakfast, not very impressive. Our room was pool view, so there was no natural light in our room and no overhead lighting. The result is a very dim room. The mattress and pillows are amazing and comfortable!

The staff was very helpful and professional. Had an issue with my bathroom sink drain and the repair was made very quickly. The evening desk person, Stewart, also came up to my room to address a problem with the power strip block and offered to go up on to the building to address a problem with receiving local TV channels. One issue that wasn't resolved in the four days I was there involved not receiving local TV channels. Their provider is Dish Network and didn't seem there was an urgency in getting it fixed which was a bit annoying. Having a Green Mill on premise was really nice. Had a couple breakfast buffets and one dinner. Food and service was good.

A nice place to stay. Well located near a main freeway, but I didn't notice road noise even though I'm a light sleeper. The room was comfortable and clean, but pretty average aesthetically speaking. The elevators were not slow. Plenty of parking. No free breakfast but there is an attached restaurant where I think you can get a good breakfast for about $8. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and competent. We really enjoyed the pool with our grandson. The room could use a few more places to hang clothes/towels, but that's about the only "nit".
