The hotel property, along with the room, were spotless! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bed/pillows were awesome! The hotel is located in a very central location, and is easy to find. The only downside was a $10 charge to park in their lot, which I found really unnecessary. I highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying there again.

Great hotel

We had an early flight so we stayed here since it was close to the airport. Very nice hotel staff, rooms are nice, air works great! And the breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a hotel!! Overall I would recommend and we will definitely use again!

The room was mostly clean. The toliet seat was loose and one of the two shower heads barely let any water out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The Window shades would not fully open. The banner above the were water stained. The carpet appeared to be old and stained. I guess if I booked thru their app parking would have been free. The parking lot was covered in ice and no ice melt put on it. I fell, but I guess that is my issue and not hotels. I would not stay again given all this. Over priced.

The staff was very friendly and was so helpful with breakfast. The room was nice and we they already had our rooms connecting. Convenient to the airport and nice middle ground between the state fair and the Ren Fest

Was told by front desk they do not take Expedia VIP benefits (which was a large reason for booking this hotel) which was disappointing. Otherwise hotel is fine for 1-2 nights, decently clean and easy to access. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

We were informed that they no longer work with Expedia. After pursuing the point that my reservation included breakfast we were covered for one meal per room (we booked 2 rooms). Also informed parking is minimum $50 then increases after a week for the daily fee. The room was clean.

Gets the job done. Uber into the city $20-30 $2.20 to take the train from the mall of America. A couple good options for food near the hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, and airport shuttle is convenient.
