Room smelled upon checkin and had to buy an air freshner. Room was never cleaned in the 5 day stay and barely anything on the breakfast bar.

Decent budget option. Pool was in good shape and had excellent hours. Room was efficient in its set up, but beds are quite firm. Breakfast offering was a bit odd in its set up. Milk machine is being used as a fridge causing frozen milk cartons and supplies were inconsistent from one morning to the next. Overall I would stay here again for the price paid.

The room was pretty clean. The staff was amazing. We have a larger family and they included a rollaway bed. When we first arrived, the room they gave us was a single queen, even though we had booked for the double queen. We went to the front desk to let them know we had been placed in the wrong room, and the young man apologized and quickly got us into our correct room. We had arrived pretty late in the evening after driving about 17hrs. The young man was pleasant, had amazing conversation and was very considerate. Going as far to say “I see yall came from Texas, I know you’re probably tired, so let’s hurry up and get you guys in your room so you can get some well needed rest.” I really appreciate that! It isn’t super upscale, but it was nice, clean, and we didnt see any bugs and it was reasonably priced.

It was quiet, very laid back and reserved it was ducked off and no drama or drug users rhnning around the property like super 8 had going on. It was actually very comfortable and imight go back for another night

Our stay was good. Nice and clean rooms. No coffee pots or pods in the room. No coffee in the morning. Breakfast is pretty much cereal. Nothing fancy at all. Id probably stay somewhere else next time I visit the mall of America..

We waited 10 minutes for staff to come to front desk to check us in. They then had a computer issue that we stood there at least 15 minutes while they tried to check us in. We finally asked if we could go to our room and come back later when they figured out the issue. We paid in advanced on Expedia. Worst and longest experience I ever had checking into a hotel.

Good place to lay your head

The hotel has been rennovatex and was clean. Beds we ok, nothing special. Rooms were clean. Pool was dated but clean. Warning on their breakfast though. All they have is toast, bagels,cereal, and yogurts. No hot options.

The property was not well maintained, there were bags of garage at the entrances, people (not clear if they were actually guests) sleeping on the couches in the common area. Police activity outside the building. The room did not have a pleasant smell. The air conditioner had a lot of trouble maintaining a consistent temperature and the breakfast was very limited at best.
