Because if Hotels.com we did not stay there. So I can't say anythijg about a place we didn't stay. However, it wasn't until I called the hotel to say we would be late that zi found ourlt our reservation had been cancelled. I stick with hotels that have always provided good service going forward!

Very Happy with stay

The room was really nice. I loved the setup of it. The jacuzzi in the room made it all the much better. It was clean and spacious. I had a group of 4(me and 3 kids) and it was more than enough space. The kids even mentioned how they loved the privacy of it

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just the room was a bit smelly. Not a stinky smell more like a humidity smell. But it looked as if the place was being renovated so it’s understandable. Over all was satisfied with a treatment at this place and thank you.

The lobby area was not air-conditioned, resulting in an uncomfortably hot and humid environment. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room booked had a malfunctioning jacuzzi, preventing me from enjoying this feature.

The hot tub was broken but we didn’t find this out until after check in. The room was filthy, we found old food in the mini fridge so it definitely wasn’t cleaner in between guest stays. Other than that it was fine the area was good and not sketchy, wouldn’t pay a ton for this place but would consider coming back.

Absolutely disgusting! Had a diaper in our room, door had been broken down before as had the window screen and neither had been fixed, no hot water, long check-in wait time, pool advertised bur not in service, fridge in room promised but none in room.

Plastic on smoke detector, stained carpet, missing drawer, ripped shower curtain. Real hot shower. Shower curtain did not stop water from bathroom floor, leaky faucet and pool was closed. Each time I left the room the key card did not work. The breakfast option was terrible.

Breakfast was fresh but very limited. I booked because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was closed and drained. The desk clerk said they could not give a refund. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The toilet was leaking water on the floor and their was cigarette burns on the bathtub. The carpet needed cleaning badly. Furniture was ok and the bedding was clean. Pillows were small. It was fairly quiet.

It’s Seen Better Days

The best part of our stay was the front desk staff and the morning breakfast attendant. The accommodations were dirty or broken. We found a 1/2 eaten slice of pizza in the nightstand table upon our arrival, broken towel racks, trim broken or missing in the public spaces, dingy walls, and the very strong for of marijuana throughout the entire hallway. Aside from the people, we liked the pool. The hot tub was out of order and had caution tape surrounding it with about a foot of water in there. The fitness room was also not accessible. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

If you are looking for a great continental breakfast this is not the place. Very sparce. Same thing every day. We stayed 4 nights and part of the draw for us the breakfast. We were hoping to save some money on at least obe meal. Wezate it one morning and ate out the rest. Toast, bagels, waffles, apples and cereal. Awful juice and coffee. Lots of empty areas that made it seem food was missing. When we arrived the floor by our fridge was soaked! I understand not keeping it plugged in but what a mess! None of the garbage cans had bags in them which seemed odd. Other than this our room was dated but very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower hot. I wouldn't stay again only because of the breakfast honestly.

The staff came in when I was gone and moved my stuff to a different room and didn't contact me. They touched all my personal belongings and threw away my food. They left my personal belongings behind their desk where anyone could get into them. They have an insane problem with people off the streets coming in to try to eat off of their breakfast buffet (which barely ever has anything on it anyway). The pool and hot tub were broken, the juice machine was broken, the ice machine leaked all over the floor. The list could go on and on. There are some excellent staff there, but I don't understand how they stay!!! Horrible experience. Do NOT stay here!!!!
