Great Place!
Great location, very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Great with noise. The younger set stayed up till 3:30 am, in the living, never woke “the older set” in the upstairs room or the other room on the main floor. Would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect neighborhood
Three senior women stayed here. Great restaurants within walking distance, very convenient supermarket and a super bakery, all within blocks. Felt very safe. House is very quiet but lots of stairs. Kitchen was well appointed. Owner was very easy to work with. Off street parking was very helpful. This home added to our wonderful vacation in the Twin Cities.

Lovely historic home in great Uptown location
The house is just as the photos present and Angela was a great host. The upstairs bathroom is small, but that's part of the charm in an older home. The openness and light in the main rooms was quite nice. We were there during the hottest week (90+ degree days) this year and the house stayed nice and cool all day. We really enjoyed the evenings on the deck and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was most of the time. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed going to since we really didn't want to spend our vacation cooking! Also, the walk to Bde Maka Ska was quick. It's a lovely lake to take a long walk or bike. There's a playground and beach where people were swimming! Overall, this is a nice property and we would definitely consider staying there again. A few things to consider: The main room upstairs has a large window that faces east...take a sleep mask unless you like waking up at dawn. There are a few games for 7-8 year olds and some good books for adults. Bring your login info if you want to watch any streaming tv. There are not any local channels available on the tv's. If you're not used to allyways, having a car with a back up camera is useful. The garage and parking spot in back are very convenient compared to finding street parking, but the ally is narrow and can be a challenge to get your car out if you are not used to it (we were not at first...). Easy check-in, prompt communication and a great space. We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all. A great location too on a relatively quiet street with lots of restaurants in walking distance!

Wonderful quiet home
We loved our stay in this lovely and huge Uptown duplex. Very clean. The rooms were comfortable. The outdoor space was gorgeous and a great place to relax. We walked to great restaurants, the local bookstore, and Lake Calhoun. The host was immediately responsive to our questions.

Perfect Stay
We were in town visiting family and loved the property. So many walkable shops and restaurants to explore, parking included, and plenty of elbow room for a family of four. It was very clean and cozy. Some stable pantry items in the kitchen. We could easily use our streaming accounts for the kiddos on the Smart TV. And the host had fresh flowers and treats out for us when we arrived.

Great Place and Great Location
We found everything exactly as described. The place was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. It was located in a wonderful location in Minneapolis. The neighborhood was quiet and yet we were able to also find restaurants nearby. Close to the lakes so best walking in the city.

Love this place!
Our family of five enjoyed our stay very much! My young adult daughter and son liked that they didn’t have to share a bedroom like they do at hotels. My mom stayed part of the time and it was just right! My spouse and I loved the decor and art, as well as the closeness of great restaurants and bars. We wanted to go back to La La ice cream, but ran out of time. My son loved paddle boarding on Bde Maka Ska. We hope that we would be able to stay there again!

Great family stay during graduation week
Great stay! Love the location to the lakes & restaurants. Enjoyed eating dinner on the front outside deck & inside in the family room. The kitchen is reasonably stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Everything is very clean. We had an issue with garbage disposal and the owner/manager was very responsive, and resolved everything in a timely and appropriate manner.

Weekend in Minneapolis
We were up for a family memorial and had a great stay. The porch was fantastic for unwinding, and the location perfectly situated to exploring the city. Easily walkable to great restaurants and coffee houses.

Fantastic home in Uptown Minneapolis
We have had some experience of services like Vrbo, mostly with so-so results. This place met, then exceeded, our expectations. The photos are very true to the property, the owner was very helpful and had back-up coverage just in case anything went wrong (it didn't). We loved the location, with everything on our doorstep, including major roads. Yet the neighbourhood was quiet and very 'Minneapolis' (I grew up there). We had a group of six, and it was very comfortable, homey and cosy, yet we weren't on top of one another. Thank you!

Oustanding Property
We (my entire family of 5 adults) stayed at this property for 10 days in August 2022; The property was excellent...clean, roomy, accurate website description, a pleasure to deal with the owner / manager and the location is superb! I cannot recommend this property more highly. When we are back in Mpls we will definitley stay here again...was a wonderful vacation property. Last but not least, a big thank you to Angelea and Laura...you both were great!

Perfect location & beautiful space.
We had our family summer vacation in Minneapolis. With 5 of us (including adult children) the rental was a great size, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities. The neighborhood was excellent. Very walkable. Close enough to the lake, coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries - yet on a quiet tree lined neighborhood street. We loved the out door deck as well. We had a great trip. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely upper deck on tree-lined street
This house is on a lovely, tree-lined street in a wonderful neighborhood near the lakes. We especially enjoyed the upstairs deck, and pastries from the Black Walnut around the corner. We appreciated the attention to detail, like the luggage racks and robes in every room, and high quality bedding. This is a second story unit with steep stairs, which worked just fine for me, my husband and college age son, but was a little challenging for my 85-year-old mother.

Awesome place in Minneapolis
We had a great time for a friends get away and this home was the perfect setting. Great areas to hang out in, kitchen to cook in, rooms to sleep in. Plenty of space for all. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shop. Would stay here again without any hesitation!!!!

City Life at your doorstep
We really enjoyed having all the comforts of home while visiting the city. Ecco had everything we needed and the space is beautifully furnished and designed. All the nice perks such as ample parking, bathrobes, exercise machine in the master suite, yoga mats, electric fireplace, private backyard space, etc. went way beyond what is typically available at high-end hotels so our stay really felt special. the grown kids and us old parents had a memorable gathering and yet at the end of the day we could retreat to quiet/private/separate space to sleep. What a great rental and we hope to return soon!

This is a charming, clean home with loads of separated sleeping areas. We loved having a living room in which to lounge and visit as well as a kitchen. The property was clean and convenient to both downtown Edina and Wayzata. Thank you, you made our weekend much more enjoyable than it would have been staying in a hotel.

Great spot very close to heart of Uptown
This was a great stay near Uptown. Walking distance to shops, bakeries, restaurants and lakes. We walked 9 miles yesterday. No troubles. Upstairs is a little tight if you’re over 6’ tall.

Lovely Stay
The home is very comfortable and served our family well. We were in town for a wedding. The main living area was great for visiting and the kitchen had the necessary equipment for simple meals. The upper room was a beautiful surprise and a nice oasis. Local shopping within walking distance. And everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great time in MN
This is a fabulous property for a group. We had three adult couples, plenty of room and in a great location. The property was well stocked. The AC units were a bit tricky but once you got the hang of them they were adequate. I would recommend this property for any one visiting Minneapolis!

Perfect Spot
We loved our time in Minneapolis at this rental. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the Bde Maka Ska and in the heart of Uptown. Parking accommodations were great at the duplex and we walked almost everywhere. We enjoyed a nearby bakery and many walks to playgrounds and the lake. We hope to be return!
