This bright, peaceful, clean, & comfortable house is located in the heart of Eagan.
The upstairs features all 3 bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining room, galley kitchen, and a kitchen nook that walks out to a deck. Lower level has a bath, laundry room, large open family room, and walkout to the backyard. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck or patio with a view of the Zen garden with two foot bridges through a walking path.
Located close to Lebanon Hills Park, Vikings Training Camp, Mall of America, and many of the exciting amenities that Eagan has to offer!
