The room was decent, moatly clean, comfortable bed, however really glad I brought my own pillow as the ones provided were badly stained with no pillowcases. It was pretty quiet generally, but the room doors didn't close without being yanked, which led to a lot of random bangs at night that scared me awake. The breakfast had very few options and any non-carpeted areas were really sticky. Did it work, yes. Would i stay there again? No.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I figured a name like Wyndham would be better. The first room we were given, there was no heat. We turned the heater up to 90 and it just blew cold air. There was only 1 threadbare blanket and 2 sheets on the bed (in December). The one bed was broken, and there was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower. There was a brown substance smeared all over the window. We were given a different room due to no heat in the first. The second room was so hot that we had to open the window at 3:00 AM to cool down. There were minimal blankets in this room as well so the front desk gave us extra, though we didn’t need them with the heating situation. We were told upon check-in to expect a lovely breakfast in the morning. An apple and 3 miniature waffles to divide between 2 kids is not what I would call lovely. Luckily there was an IHOP down the street. Terrible experience - can’t even give 1 star.

The pool wasn't functional. No water in it even. No cable. She said she would come to the room twice and never showed up for the whole day and night. No phones in the room. Water in the tub didn't drain for several minutes. Not worth 170 a night thats for sure. Maybe 60 a night. The beds were comfortable and clean. That's the only thing that was.

The hotel has been repaired over the years but not updated. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable but the general condition of the room was far below our expectations for a Baymont by Wyndham. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Hot foods were toaster items. We were disappointed. G

It’s the only hotel we tend to stay at not because it’s spotless or quiet but because the people there are absolutely amazing and humble. Always a relaxing and friendly experience

Service was quick and easy to get in. Room was broken. Curtain falling off. Bathroom door with what looks like a knife stab. Outlet broken. AC vent had debris inside it. Bed was clean and comfy.

The staff was nice. The elevator worked, the AC worked, and the lobby was nice. The curtains fell, there were some broken windows, the coffee maker in the room didn't work, the sheets were too big for the bed and kept falling off, the pool was closed, and the bathrooms by the pool were locked.

Freezing & Dirty and overpriced

Our actual reservation wasn't available. The heat was not on so room was freezing cold with temps outside in single digets and there was a huge freezing draft under the unit. Floor needed to be vacuumed. Shower was very good though. Front desk late night checked in person was awesome. Parking lot had not bee plowed, probably all winter. Parking was thin. Breakfast was very slim.

The large bathroom counter and shower were nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn't like: The microwave oven had to be moved to the desk/table to reach the electrical outlet. The internet and cable TV were spotty. Breakfast offerings were terrible except for the cosmic crisp apples.

No pool

The pool is under renos but appears to be used as a storage area. Google and booking dot com still show it as having a pool! We had only thin fleece on the beds, no comforters and only 1 towel and hand towel in the bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty as well. The actual room was decently clean and the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly

Rooms were not clean. Pool and hot tub were out of commission. Our entire stay. Breakfast was very limited. The coffee maker and our room had used coffee grounds in it. The refrigerator was not working. And every time you turn the TV on the volume was at 94. on the bright side, the staff was very friendly

The staff was very friendly and to be honest I rarely leave negative reviews. If I’m unhappy I simply don’t return but I truly wish I would have known prior to booking that simply because they charge over $100 a night does not mean you will have clean anything. I thankfully made it to Walmart before they closed in order to buy a bath towel, pillow and bed sheets to put over the top of the ones there. It was disturbing to even set my bag on top of the other bed not wanting anything of mine to come into contact with anything in that room. $20 a night is too much for this hotel.

It was inexpensive. The staff was helpful. There was black mold around the tub. There was no real hot breakfast. The juice dispenser for breakfast was broken. The pool was inoperable. Does anyone check these motels before allowing them to call themselves "Baymont by Wyndham." I am tempted to never stay at another motel with that name. Our key card would not open our room door. We have to insert it 4 or 5 times for it to work properly.

The front desk lady was great. Pool and hot tub down for maintence. I booked hotel for the pool and hot tub. Dirty stained sheets. Cobs webs in all corners, blinds broken. Dead flies and mold in little refridgerator. Tv didnt work properly, had to keep wiggling wires to keep tv on. Floors were not vacumed, loose tile flooring in bathroom. Stained bath towels, walls dirty with a hole in wall and stuffed with what looked like dryer sheets. Positive side...water pressure in shower was good. Will never be staying at a Baymont or windhaym property again.

Booked this place because it was convenient and had a pool for my kids. When we got there the pool was closed indefinitely. Our room was not vacuumed and only had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a double queen. No wash cloths or a bath mat. Curtains would not close all the way. Everything was dated and in rough shape. No housekeeping came to our room while we were gone to refresh towels or change garbages. Breakfast was an absolute joke, frozen waffles that were sitting in a pan under a heat lamp, bagels were stale, and a hodgepodge of different cereals mixed together. Juice machine did not work. For what we got, this place was way overpriced. I did not feel safe asking for a refund or even to have the issues addressed. I checked out early and will never go back.

Unfortunately,this was not the stay we expected. The breakfast was a lot more limited than we thought. The pool area was completely shut down. We often look forward to that in amenities as we come with a kids hockey team. Several of the rooms did not appear to be cleaned properly, if at all. The keys were difficult to use on room doors. The smell of the rooms were musty and smelt of cigarette. There was left over food in the fridge and previous guests belongings , in many of our rooms. We did not see cleaning staff once in our 3 night stay. Bathrooms had hair and mirrors were not cleaned. The shower didn’t drain effectively. We did mention this all to the staff and they said so sorry , but did nothing to improve the situation. We had no other options so we had to stay .Staff was friendly, as we were able to use the common area as a group.
