Very good communication, the home is functional and clean. I was surprised by the extra charge for my dog (I have yet to find it mentioned in the posting). Be cautious of your footing into the “lower” room, as there is very uneven flooring under the rug. Also, the fire pit and outdoor seating area in the photos is actually the neighbor’s yard.
