No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. If your looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice and want a nice pool this is ur place. The hotel has a shuttle to the train and it's 2 stops into Venice. Takes about 30 minutes by train and costs 7.90 euro for 2 ppl. The breakfast was delicious, huge variety and very fresh. Only downfall is the pool closes at 8pm. "
