The best time to go to Minimay is during the warmer months, specifically from late spring through early autumn, which in Australia means November to April.

This period offers the most pleasant weather for exploring the natural beauty of the region. Minimay experiences generally mild winters and warm to hot summers. During the recommended months, you'll find comfortable temperatures for outdoor activities like hiking, birdwatching, and enjoying the local lakes and reserves. It's also when the native flora is often at its most impressive.

Couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful escape will appreciate the clear skies and longer daylight hours of these months. It's an ideal time for scenic drives through the countryside, visiting local wineries in nearby regions, or simply relaxing in the tranquil setting.
