"I ubered"

"The apartment was snug and cozy. We really appreciated the location - it was close to everything. If there were things I would point out: a) the tv in the bedroom has a line in it, the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, havin a luggage rack or somewhere to put our bag down isn't a terrible idea and having longer pulls on the ceiling fan is ideal- w/o the ability to open a window the high ceilings and weather shift made it very stuffy in there. Getting the fan going was a game changer. But let me be very clear- we would stay there again, and these are nitpicking things. It was clean, and a great value and great location. Everytime I reached out there was a response. I woudl recommend it to anyone else. "

"The house was nicely updated. Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen. The stairs to the lower level were narrow, without handrails. The door leading to the backyard would not open, and there was no access to the garage. Which was unfortunate since on street parking was a bit tricky. The first night there we tried to call and email about these issues. No response. We finally got through to someone the next day. The back door was fixed, but still not able to park in the garage. Overall, I’d say it was a fairly nice place."

"The kitchen was well equipped with everything anyone would need to make plenty of coffee, which was a plus. The unit was updated, which is very nice. There was plenty of room for everyone. The picture of the living room needs to be updated because that is not the couch in the pictures. The neighborhood is so-so, but very conveniently located to lots of things. The host was very responsive, and we had no issues."

"We didn't receive our check-in directions until 2 hours after check-in time and not until I contacted VRBO. Once I did, the response was ok via the app, but not quick. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Access was through a bar patio where people were smoking and enjoying drinks. Not an issue for us but may be for some."

"Cute little home. Had all the extras you sometimes need. Toys & coloring books for kids, baby gear, dog water bowls, bed & toys, extra food storage baggies & plastic wrap were helpful for our day at the zoo. The home was clean. Parking was occasionally difficult but that's street parking for ya. Our 4 dogs enjoyed the yard. I appreciated that the yard was securely fenced and they were able to roam. - always had to keep an eye on them though because we had chihuahuas and German Shepherds- my little dogs love to be escape artists. My kiddos loved the extra drinks and snacks provided for them by the host. My only complaint would be that the toilet is way too close to shower. I'm 5'5 and I just barely fit to sit down. I know that's not an easy fix though, so I don't fault the host. The house was clean and didn't stink of artificial fragrance, though some unscented dish soap & hand soap would have been appreciated. Most soaps are just too fragrant and colored- lol not necessary. The location was great! 10-20 minutes to the zoo, the dome, smookin bones bbq, pipers tea & coffee, the breakfast corner restaurant (amazing), and clementine's naughty or nice Creamery (must try!) "
