"I recently stayed at Heritage Inn Express Roseville and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. "The staff was friendly enough - but omg. I obviously didn't look at pictures close enough to realize this is more motel - doors face the outdoors. But the walls are so paper thin you can hear everything, literally everything. Then someone near us was playing their music super loud most the day we were there on Friday, then Saturday morning it started right back up at 6:45 AM. And continental breakfast was pretty minimal/scarce, as it said in other peoples comments. "

"The property is old, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Its right on the hwy, so a bit loud. The thing that made my stay unpleasant - kids running / screaming in hallways until about 10pm. The thing that I find to be bad business - undisclosed parking fee. I probably would stay elsewhere in the future."

"Appreciated the complimentary parking and breakfast options. The bed cover was extremely thin and probably more along the lines of a sheet. Also had to return my dirty towels for clean ones which is always a minor annoyance. Older hotel so expected wear and use but overall fine and would likely stay again with the request of additional towels and an actual blanket. "
