"Clean room. Darling decorations in the room. It's an old place and the floor creaks and doors are very loud when other guests come in and leave their rooms. It worked out great for us during our visit to the area. Our bed was stiff and a bit harder than we liked, but overall it was a nice place to stay."
Spacious lodge viewing the Big Rock Candy Mountain
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property in a great location! We loved our stay here. Host was great with communication. Just a note that the check-in and check-out times are inaccurate. The listing says check in at 3pm, but it isn’t until 4pm. It also says checkout is at noon, but we were told to be out by 10am.Overall a great experience! Would stay here again!"
"I was worried about this property not having a bathroom en suite, but the host and property manager made me feel better and made the stay amazing. The people and service were great, the cabin super cute and cozy and the location beautiful. The only drawback was that they charged me $5,ooo for the deposit, which was strange. But it then took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Usually the deposit is only taken if there was a problem during the stay. "
"We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We’ve been multiple times now as it is a great getaway spot. The cabin is clean and set up well with all the kitchen and living essentials. Big enough to accommodate a large family while still feeling cozy. There’s also a nice 2nd family room area downstairs where the kids can play while the adults relax upstairs. We have found this to be a great spot for year-round fun. Skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding in the winter. Fishing, 4-wheeling, hiking, and mountain biking in the spring, summer and fall. And all with no crowds which is hard to find anywhere these days. We especially love stargazing off the big beautiful deck or driving up to the flats for a major show during meteor showers. Property Management is super accessible if needed. Highly recommend this place."
Escape into Nature - Cozy Beaver Cabin by Eagle Point Ski Resort & Puffer Lake
10/10 Excellent
"5 Stars for exactly what we were wanting/expecting/needing. This is a cabin in the woods. Don't expect it to be immaculate. But it had everything we needed, in particular peace and quiet, and serene surroundings. The host was great communicating and we felt taken care of. We were glad to have 4WD to be able to make it up the road."
Enchanting Ski In Ski Out Log Cabin in Beaver at Eagle Point Resort, sleeps 20+
10/10 Excellent
"Host was remarkable and the property/house was outstanding. Proximity to the slopes is next level, allowed for the family to come and go back and forth, we had kids from 11, 12, 15, and I felt safe for them to come and go as they wanted from the resort. Absolutely a trip we'll come back to. I'm just bullying the owner to put in a hot tub that would have put it over the top. "
"The Cabin was beautiful with the most amazing views. Brad was awesome to work with and was very accommodating for our family member in a wheelchair. The ski hill was 5 minutes away. Can’t get any better than that. "
The Cottages: Skiers Escape Half-Mi to Eagle Point
8/10 Good
"the amenities were great. We had a great stay and was perfect for our small family. A couple notes to improve for future guests. Our unit was missing a keurig (which we planned our groceries around having), the cleaning between guests seemed a bit rushed (dishes weren’t put away from the dish washer), and the kitchen wasn’t stocked quite well enough to prepare a meal (like no bowl to prepare a salad). Don’t let it stop you from coming, it was still great! "
