"I booked through Hotels.com and paid in advance, but when I arrived the hotel had no record of my reservation. It was after hours, and I wasn’t even allowed into the lobby—just told to stand in the hallway and use a service phone. There was no support or real effort to resolve the issue, and I was left without a room, it was midnight and exhausted form my travels. Very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

"The 2nd floor smelled like mildew all the time, the TV wouldn’t work, the shower barely had any water coming out, front desk said maintenance would come look, they never did, I don’t recommend this place at all, spend your money elsewhere folks!"

"We were most impressed with the kindness shown to us when we checked in. Warm and friendly. Quick checkin. Fabulous room. Swimming pool was heaven. Breakfast was great. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the pillows. Only quirk the hot tub was not working but other than that the service and the stay was excellant. Definately recommended this hotel. "
