About this property

Cozy 2 bedroom stand alone Quonset Hut in Mineral Point. One of a kind!

  • Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Mineral Point, this wonderfully unique stand alone Quonset Hut turned cottage offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking comfort and charm.

This historic Quonset Hut features 2 queen beds, a full bed, and a twin bed in a private bedroom in the back. It has a kitchen with all the appliances you'd expect in a kitchen as well as a small outside wooden porch. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. The interior floor plan is open like a city loft but larger than you'd expect when looking at it from the outside. It's like a TARDIS is that way (it's bigger on the inside!).

Guests can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with heating and air conditioning to keep things just right. It's perfect for a small group or family looking to stay together but have enough room to sprawl out.

Our place of stay was very clean and spacious, It had all the things we needed including a Kuerig.. It also had an adorable patio that worked great for having our morning coffee. It had allot of personal touches I wasn't expecting.

Great location, clean and comfortable VRBO. The house had everything we needed for our 3 friend’s getaway for a weekend of creating at Shake Rag Alley. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
