We were very disappointed when we entered in the property,the rooms were not as the same as the picture in pictures it looked luxurious but in reality it wasn't same ..

Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming when we arrived, which made such a great first impression. We also really appreciated the nice selection of teas and coffee in the room — and they even had a milk frother, which was such a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tauranga.

From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️

Location was great, hotel was super clean and Parking is ample. Good stay overall. Just one suggestion, maybe its time for them to change their old aircon units.
