8/10 Very good! (1 review)
The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. If you get a chance, listen to Echo play the piano

"Nice hotel/onsen in a beautiful location with a nice view of the valley below. I stayed in a single room so it was nice and cozy. I liked the bathhouse with views into the valley ... Very relaxing. My only issue was that the restaurant was reservation only... I was hoping to be able to order some ..."
