"The hotel property seems too big for the staff to manage. They try hard, but this hotel is unnecessarily big and so problems arise. The parking lot is as big as Disneyland so arrival, checkin and luggage drop off is hard. When I got there, no one helped me with my luggage bc they were fawning over ..."
