Pros: It's close to restaurants and gas stations. The front desk lady was nice. Cons: The toilet didn't work well, the shower was a joke and we shared hot water with basically the whole floor so we took two cold showers. There was a giant booger on the lamp shade and chocolate on the sheets. The towels were not even big enough for a toddler. We won't use this hotel. You get what you pay for.

Requested non-smoking room due to allergies and was assured the whole facility was smoke-free, but the whole floor stank of smoke all night. I asked to change floors but was told the first floor was all booked (but the parking lot was nearly empty in the evening and next morning) so I shoved a towel in the crack under the door. Them discovered there was no toilet paper (left just a few squares), the bedside lamp didnt work, the shower curtain was installed so high that it didnt drape into the tub and the floor became a pond, there was blood on thebathroom wall, and - to top it off - when I asked for the free breakfast as I was checking out he said I should have requested it in advance. Really? Well, he gave me one anyhow but it wasnt worth arguing about - just a muffin, yogurt, and juice. I chose this place based on the 'excellent' rating and good reviews, so I thought I'd give a REAL review. I wont be back and dont recommend this place.

Though the facility was definitely outdated, it was clean and the parking lot lighting was good. We booked this particular room because the listing said it included breakfast. However when we arrived, this was not entirely true. All that was offered was a muffin, a yogurt and a juice in a brown paper sack.

Friendly staff but the pool needs cleaning
The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was cloudy and smelled like it needed chemicals. It would be nice if there was an area for a hot breakfast or at least a microwaveable breakfast sandwich in the brown sack they give you.

The Lady Assistant was amazing and she always does her job and more but the guys are not helpful at all and lie to get you away from them. They have roaches and are blaming it on the guest bringing in food when they guested someone and they came with the roaches. Housekeeping staff is lazy and don’t like their jobs.

We stayed for four nights could not get room service to clean your room had to go get blankets and towels ourselves because they wouldn’t come to home,. When we went to the front desk, they said it was under new management and they don’t know why.

The staff was great and everything was very clean, but the room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, the pool/hot tub had some weird colors and WAY too many chemicals, and they no longer serve breakfast (its just a few things in a paper bag).

Even though they didnt have a hot breakfast, they offered a breakfast bag which was pretty ingenious, i thought. The pool area is nice with a hot tub. Nice beds but small bathrooms. Overall it was a very nice place to stay! I would stay here again.
