my husband and I wanted an alone time away from all the hustle. We will be using the Holiday Inn Express again and again. we loved the pillows and want to buy some for home. the room was clean. the front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Overall the hotel was a good place to stay. The lobby and breakfast areas were updated and clean. The breakfast selection was good. The elevator and hallway carpets were in need of cleaning. Our bathroom lacked a fan and one of the lights flickered on and off at times. The staff we deal with were all pleasant and professional.

Beautiful, clean, great service and many amenities. Seems like it is very new. Their free breakfast was awesome and everything was fresh, filled and ready while the lady working it greeted people and kept her eye on everything!! Well run!

The very first thing I noticed upon arrival was how clean this place was. The room was extremely clean. bed was great and I finally had big pillows instead of small ones which I prefer. Your staff was very helpful and pleasant. Overall this hotel would be one I go back to again. Loved it!!

I had booked a stay at this hotel for a wedding I was attending nearby. The hotel was recommended to me by the bride and groom themselves and as a full-time college graduate student, it was my cheapest option. When I booked the hotel I mistakenly booked for the incorrect dates, I immediately noticed and called the hotel. I spoke to Kristin who was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She said she would change the dates no problem and gave me a confirmation number and assured me no issues would arise at my arrival because she would be working. Well, when i arrived I was greeted by Patricia who wasn’t the kindest, she told me I had to call Expedia to change my booking because she couldn’t do anything for me. While I am aware the dates were my mistake I was assured it would be alright and when I mentioned this to her she said “Yeah…no”. Why was I not informed prior to check-in? On top of all of this a charge upwards of $50 was added to my stay. As I mentioned I am a college student, but I had no other choice; I couldn’t sleep on the street!? This amount of money may seem small, but it actually makes a large difference. For this inconvenience I was gifted a drink and snack from the market… I am sooo unhappy with my experience! The manager or whoever can feel free to contact me about this situation. I was already late to the wedding coming from school and this didn’t help, so embarrassing!

This property seems to be very up to date with a new feel. The shower was noteworthy, roomy and clean with soap/shampoo/conditioner included. Very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Holiday Inn was the cleanest hotel I've been to while visiting from Michigan. Staff members(housekeepers, maintenance, front desk and the amazing lady helping with breakfast)amazing and helpful! I will most definitely be back.

We were staying for a youth soccer event in which this hotel was the host. I rented the seating room near the lobby for a fee. It was never told to me there was a 2 hour limit. They had said ‘for the evening’ when I rented. The manager even wanted us to leave after 1 hr 20 mins. She was also very nasty to some of our kids who were being respectful. I understand that other teams/kids were not but before you reprimanded she needed to figure out who was the issue. Quiet time was 8:30, so if you plan to stay up past that find somewhere else to stay.

I specifically reserved a King suite, when I arrived they informed me they only had a queen room. The front desk clerk didn't seem to care and said it was the same price.

Room was quiet and bright. BUT the room darkening shades were great. The room faced the East. Sun got up much earlier then we like to, and the shade kept the Sun out.Slept soundly. eds were very comfortable; in fact we added an extra day to our stay the room was so nice.
