"No microwave in the room unless you pay more for a deluxe, our bed was not made properly, Leather couch in the room was horrible to sit on. Toilet paper was razor thin. No soap dish. It is the little things that can make a big difference. On a brighter note, meals were very good."

"We were a group of 4 staying in a 2 queen bed with pull out couch. We paid extra for 2 people. When we arrived there were only 2 towels, 2 facecloths and 1 hand towel. Because we paid for the extra 2 people even though the room says up to4 they should have had that many in the room upon arrival. ..."
