Welcome to our cozy one bedroom, one bath cottage home in East Milton, FL! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles away from the Blackwater River boat launch, you'll have endless opportunities for adventure. Whether you want to spend the day exploring Coldwater Creek or soaking up the sun on the stunning beaches of Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach, this is the perfect spot for you.

The Cottage itself is a spacious 650 sqft mother-in-law house with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You'll find a full kitchen with a range, refrigerator, and dining table, a lovely full bath with a walk-in shower, and a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and dresser. Plus, there's a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Don’t worry about leaving your furry friends- dogs under 20 pounds are welcome for an additional fee.

Feel free to come and go as you please with the lockbox entry and your own key. And don't worry about being on the owner's property - the Cottage is situated on a beautiful 2-acre semi-wooded lot with its own driveway access for added privacy.

Awesome Little Cottage

The pictures on the VRBO website DO NOT do it justice.It was very clean and well stocked and for our needs it was very conveniently located.We will be using this cottage agian.

Amazing Lilltle Cottage Getaway

Super clean and cozy cottage in a semi wooded / semi secluded neighborhood with abudant birds, some deer, and a few squirrels Very peaceful place. The front porch is fantastic for sitting and reading on a rainy afternoon.

Great Place to Stay in Milton!

My dad and I greatly enjoyed our stay while waiting on our house to close in another part of town. The owners are very kind and accommodating. We loved relaxing on the beautiful front porch! It is in a secluded neighborhood, but close enough to town and not too far from some amazing beaches. We would highly recommend staying here!

A nice cozy country cottage

Nice and peaceful. Felt secure. Had deer, squirrels, and birds in the yard/neighborhood to enjoy. Very clean property inside and out. We would stay here again.

The perfect escape.

Clean and fresh with a beautiful porch view and quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Lots of little special touches for comfort. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows and a cot with mattress.
