"The hotel should not really be open as there is nobody there. Under new management but not ready yet. Too OK but couldn’t open the door at 10.00 pm HD to call care taker . Not good . Potential very good hotel but not yet. Should not be advertised . Postal address was wrong o Expedia site . Very difficult out to find . Breakfast at 30 Euros god. It imtptal o my 4 guests in abet large hotel. Dod’t feel right so don’t recommend it until there are more customers and new management has properly settled, "

"We have stayed at many Vrbo and other holiday properties. I rate this low unlike other current reviews of it for the following reasons. #1. Bedrooms third floor location from main floor bathroom. Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. Not sure how this could be better but I’d hate to have to climb out of the third floor bedrooms through a dormer window onto that steep roof. #3 Electrical plugs on each side of beds. One bedroom plug by door. Other bedroom plug at foot of bed.It’s my fault for booking this as if I’d studied the suppled photos better I’d have passed. I caution against booking this place as we felt it has safety concerns. "

"Beautiful natural rural setting off the beaten path which is just what we were looking for. Nature paths with farm animals within view, berries, apple orchards, and German handcrafts on display. Breakfast was wonderful and the woman who served breakfast was kind and polite. "
