The villa is of recent construction (2015) but traditional (double walls of natural stone). It is offered out of season for an exclusive rental, limited to the upper, main floor, which has 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and toilets (the rental offered with 5 rooms, including the lower floor, is the subject of a separate advertisement on this site). <br>The north-south orientation of the house, which favours natural ventilation, and the traditional construction, make it possible to avoid air conditioning. However, fans are provided in each room, as well as electric heaters for cooler nights outside the summer period.<br>The interior patio, and an outdoor lounge in front of the petanque court (and the sea view), and a table on the large west terrace complete a small sitting area in the living room. <br>The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is an outdoor barbecue on a sunken terrace. Tenants have access to the storage room on the lower floor, with an additional large fridge. <br>Beautiful terraces with views of the valley and the sea surround the house.<br>There is no construction opposite, due to the configuration of the land. <br>A private path leads to the bottom of the land which stops at the beach, about a hundred metres from the house. The pebble beach is very beautiful, the water very clear and transparent. Pretty rocky coves are accessible by swimming.<br>The reception at the port or airport by the person who manages the rental of the house. She accompanies the tenants and does the inventory of fixtures with her, and receives the 1000 euro fee requested for the rental. On the day of departure, she comes back to do the inventory of fixtures and returns the deposit as soon as the house is in good condition.<br>Maintenance is done before and after the tenants' stay. Intermediate cleaning is planned in the middle of the week. Linen, sheets and towels, are included.<br>Rentals are made by the week, from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.<br>The rental amount varies depending on the season and the duration (weeks).
