The owner is giving a personnalized service, he is there for the customer, we feel it is natural and not forced or overacted. The hotel is really close from the volcano but unfortunately really far from the cities

This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Parking is limited but we always found a space opposite the hotel. This hotel is a great base for exploring Mount Etna.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Das Personal super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen ausgezeichnet. Der Ort ist herzig klein und ich fühlte mich sicher.

Stille og rolig. god kvalitet på hotellet. Rafaello er meget gjestfri og imøtekommende. Milo er et hyggelig rustikk lite tettsted. Her kommer du tett på lokalbefolkningen. Ingen plagsomme turister som overfyller gatene. De kan lite engelse, så hyppig bruk av Google Translate er et must. Experia burdre informere om at avstander er oppgitt i luftlinje, og at området Milo (som består av hyggelige, jordnære italienere) mangler god kollektivtransport og taxi tjenester. Selv Uber er nesten steds fraværende. Her må man ha egen bil, både til og fra hotellet, men for å komme seg til strandene og for å komme seg på butikker

Excellent emplacement au pied de l'Etna. Notre chambre etait spacieuse et tres propre. L'accueil a ete chaleureux et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir manger sur place. Le repas etait excellent.

Perfect hotel in a quiet area

Fantastic stay in a lovely spacious room, with stunning views of Mount Etna. Our host was very friendly & welcoming. On her recommendation we ate at a amazing restaurant 5 minutes walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Avrei scritto questa recensione ieri, ma Expedia non lo permetteva perché in realtà saremmo dovuti essere in hotel. Il soggiorno è durato SOLO 10 minuti. Appena arrivati (ore 15.00) abbiamo trovato l'hotel CHIUSO ed abbiamo dovuto telefonare per capire il perché. La risposta è stata:" La ragazza si è dovuta allontanare, ma torna tra 10 minuti. Cmq il check-in è alle 16"...ASSURDO!!!!. Trascorso il tempo di attesa con relative scuse, ci viene consegnata la chiave della camera. Abbiamo trovato il bagno non ripulito, cestino dei rifiuti non svuotato, linea cortesia striminzita (solo 2 saponette), tavola wc con macchie che sono andate via con una passata di alcool (che porto sempre con me), stendo una TENDINA pietosa sulla doccia. Vista la condizione scadente, abbiamo deciso di andar via. Spiegata la situazione e chiesto il conto, abbiamo pagato la quota PER INTERO. Per scusarsi ci è stato consegnato un biglietto firmato valido come buono sconto la cui percentuale ignota è a discrezione della direzione per un prossimo soggiorno (che non sarà mai). Inoltre hanno aggiunto un altro biglietto, quasi a farci un favore, valido come sconto per Parco Avventura. La frase che accompagnava la consegna del biglietto è stata:" Usate questo biglietto COME SE AVESTE alloggiato qui"....evidentemente aver pagato la cifra per intero senza usufruire non era abbastanza. Il soggiorno si è concluso con un ritorno anticipato a casa e relativo week end rovinato.... Fine della cronostoria.

Ottimo albergo e molto tranquillo

Mi sono trovato veramente molto bene: il personale è stato gentilissimo, la camera estremamente confortevole e il paese di una tranquillità totale. Segnalo inoltre che Milo si trova in una località di montagna (Etna) e perciò non risente dell'afa estiva, particolarmente fastidiosa al mare; questo, per chi vuole andarci, non è però troppo lontano. Così si uniscono i benefici del mare e quelli della montagna! Da non perdere!
