Bishops Landing is located in Millville. Just a short 3.5-mile drive to Bethany Beach and all of the attractions of downtown Bethany Beach.
Bishop's Landing now has 3 pools, one is a short walking distance from the home, and 2 clubhouses, each with fitness centers! Additionally, you will find a shuttle bus stops throughout the community to take you to downtown Bethany Beach, a fishing pier, several ponds, walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, and much more! Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate for amenities at time of reservation and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property offers a total of 8 amenity passes and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased.
$25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned upon check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
