At home, make the most of outdoor living on the breezy screened porch or on the patio. A gas grill and a large dining table set the stage for family backyard barbecues. Hop aboard the community shuttle and be whisked away to Bethany Beach and boardwalk attractions (less than five miles away). If you choose to bring a dog, there are two dog parks conveniently located just down the street. The great room features soaring ceilings and strong natural lighting, with an open-concept floor plan connecting the kitchen and dining areas for seamless group gatherings. A plush sectional and armchairs are ready to welcome casual gatherings in the living area, while eight smart TVs equipped throughout the home offer flexible entertainment for the whole group. The kitchen presents painless home meal prep, with features including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus plenty of cookware and serving utensils. As an added perk, there's an upstairs bonus room furnished with a futon which makes it a great option as a kids' entertainment room or as an additional sleeping space. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer, while provided beach chairs add convenience to your beach adventures. The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2026 is $125. The house is nice, but opening the front door is problematic. The 7-number long code is not easy to remember, it rarely worked, and only one physical key was provided.But working with the house's management was not easy.The house description states that it includes beach chairs. I reached out in advance to ask about the number of chairs available and the response was that there were no chairs available. I pointed to the house description and was told that they were going to contact the "local team." After several back-and-forth exchanges (the "local team" apparently not responding), I was told that some chairs were available. But when I asked how many, they responded that there were no beach chairs available. I took my own chairs. When I arrived at the property, however, the house book clearly stated that all the beach chairs in the garage were available! So, I can only assume that the local team never checked.During my stay I got something at Amazon that I needed for pain issues that was not easy to find nearby, to be delivered to the property address. As per Amazon, it was left in a parcel locker where USPS drops mail. I reached out to the property management and they were unable to help me. Despite many messages (including the local team), I was not helped. I never got my package. The day before my check out, they told me that they do not recommend requesting packages to be delivered at the property address. This could have been useful, but before I had checked in....

We had an enjoyable stay at this property for a week long family beach vacation. The house was comfortable, roomy, and very affordable. The communication with the host was very efficient and easy; however, when I reached out about what the property included prior to our stay, it said it did not have things ( beach equipment and pack n’play), when in fact, it did. We also ran into issues with the keypad to get into the home (i.e. we were provided a very long access code and there were no clear instructions of how to open the door), an active bee’s nest on the front porch, and a lack of towels; although, when we contacted the host, these issues were resolved in a timely manner. The cleanliness of the home could have also been improved. We found a lot of hair, dirt, and sand on the ground upon our arrival.
