"Check in was difficult because after asking several times for the address, they kept sending the building address but not the unit number. We had to spend nearly an hour trying to reach someone so we could get the unit number and then when we tried the lock on the door after the "check in" time it did not work. We once again had to reach out for help. We did ultimately get in, and the unit was very nice, that not being able to get in and have the owner be an international call and a huge time...
