"We always choose Home2 Suites for our road trips because we travel with many children and value the clean, spacious rooms the brand typically offers. However, this particular location was quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. ​It felt like the property hasn't been maintained well in a long time. The shower booth wasn't clean, the sink faucet was loose and wobbly, and the standing lamp next to the couch had a broken base, making it feel like it would tip over at any moment. Additionally, the breakfast selection was very poor compared to other Home2 locations. ​On a positive note, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated. I hope the management considers some much-needed renovations and better maintenance, as the team there is wonderful."

"The hotel was not well taken care of. It is absolutely a hotel that you get what you pay for. There’s no elevator, which we didn’t know prior to booking and we were put on the second floor with an elderly woman who cannot walk steps. Thankfully the staff was helpful and was able to switch us to the first floor. Will not be staying there again. "
