Just Perfect
Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. It was cute, cozy, clean, and close to everything we wanted to do. We had everything we needed and had a great time! We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay!
This place was clean, ready for us, equipped kitchen, quiet and comfy beds. Only advice was my cell phone wouldn’t come in so screen shot the email instructions with door code before heading that way (if you have T-Mobile). WiFi worked once we arrived inside.

Great place
My kids (8,4) stayed just one night here while we were visiting family nearby. It was a cute place, we loved that it had two bedrooms. The kids loved the jacuzzi bathtub, however a lot of scum came out when the jets were on, leaving a film on the water. Other than that though, it was a very clean and comfortable cabin.

The pictures look like it is a cabin. It is NOT A CABIN. It is a renovated motel.
We were expecting a secluded cabin. The door to this renovated hotel goes right out to the parking lot. I contacted the manager when we arrived and told them we were very disappointed and did not want to stay. They would not refund the money even though we did not step into the room.

Rustic, cozy, quiet & comfortable
The hope suite was a great place for our short getaway. It was extremely clean and cozy! The back porch was great for relaxing in the evening and having coffee in the morning listening to the roosters. The jacuzzi tub was a great bonus to this cozy comfortable suite. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Mom and Me Weekend Away
I took my 79 year old mom to Holmes County for a long weekend. She LOVES the area and has been several times. We visited lots of shops and saw the Comedy Calamity show at the Amish Country Theater. The Hope Lodge was a great place to stay. Close to everything, clean, and cozy!! We will definitely be back!!

Nice getaway with privacy.
Everything was so easy, the rental was clean and we enjoyed the privacy unlike staying at a hotel. It was close to Berlin and not far from other towns in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here again for a nice little getaway. The price was affordable too!

Perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary
We stayed in the Grace room at the lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room. All the local shopping and restaurants are so convenient without being on the busy main road. The owner texted and I'm sure if we needed anything he would have gotten it. It was so dark at night. We truly felt like we had traveled far away and got the weekend retreat we needed. Hearing the rooster crow across the street was fun too. We definitely would recommend staying here!

This is a cute cabin theme suite that is very close to many activities. It was clean and felt like home. Has a great deck to look out on the farms. I wish the extra locks worked and that I was informed I would be charged ANOTHER $40 from VRBO after I reserved with Expedia !!! Be aware of charges

Anniversary Trip
This place was exactly as described. Beautiful place, in a quiet location. The best part for us was it was peaceful but close enough to get to restaurants and shopping easily. The staff was amazing and responded quickly for any issues we had. Would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling in the area. Great stay, great location, great staff. Five Stars in my book.

We really enjoyed our stay. The decor was beautiful. The fireplace was perfect. The temperature was cold till we turned on the fireplace but it warmed up really fast. We will definitely recommend it to others.

Recent one night stay
Enjoyed our stay, as indicated. Previously sent a review but did not get a response. Only problems we had were that we could not control the heat. It was 76* upon arrival and we kept turning the thermostat down, but it didn't have any affect, so had to use the ceiling fans. Also only had one hanger in all the closets. Everything else was great, thanks, John Schultz

Thank you John! So glad you enjoyed your stay. The thermostat only controls the heat in the cabin, so turning it down would not activate the cooling. The air conditioner is on a separate control. So sorry for the confusion! We have also replenished the hangers in the closet. We hope to see you again soon!

Warm cozy country weekend
Accommodations were in a quiet county setting. Just spent one night. Was great coming in and lighting the fireplace after being in the cold enjoying The Journey to Bethlehem. Whirlpool tub was also a plus. Booking and check in was a breeze. Let me not forget the personal note and cookies left by housekeeping.

Relaxing Family Getaway
Grandma, mom, and 2 little girls stayed overnight in this relaxing and peaceful cabin suite. It was comfortable and clean. Love love LOVED the cookies. Our favorite things were relaxing in the jacuzzi tub and rocking out on the front porch. Close to Berlin. We plan to return soon!
