"This is one of our stops on our semi-annual migration from FL to ME. We have stayed here 3-4 times and have always enjoyed it. We had issues the first couple of stays with the fire alarm going off around 5:00 AM. I assume it was from someone smoking in the stairwell or just outside the side entrances. The fire department never showed and no one had to evacuate but it did place the elevators non operable. This made it a hassle to climb down 4 flights of stairs with my hip issues. The last couple of times it didn’t happen."

"Breakfast was good Room was dusty, outdated. Shower squealed the whole time it was on. TV was TINY and also outdated. Staff was fine - but my room was not what I booked on Expedia. I booked a double bed room and was given a King room in a completely sold out hotel. So no options for a change. Was very disappointed in this. "

"Breakfast was just ok. There was a large group checking in with only one person working the desk. We waited at least 20 minutes to check in. "

"There was dirty socks on back of couch, didn't belong to us. The cleaning lady owner knocked on our door, she doesn't speak English well. Said towels, I stated my husband was in the washroom, she kept repeating and started yelling at me towels, I had to say my husband is having a poop. The man pulled her away. Now you didn't get towels back. Had to go ask for them. Some days had eggs and sausages someday none. There was stains on the couch. No blinds, or curtains, so open blinds open anyone could see in the room. Quality Inn are getting a bad name here, no standards. Corners not cleaned."
