Rooms were great and breakfast was delicious

Lovely room. Excellent staff.

Room was very cold and drafty. On arrival the reception tried to charge us more for the room, for a “city view” which was what we had selected on Expedia when booking. The rooftop bar, in the winter is not open and the indoor bar has no view. The cocktail bar in the lobby is lovely and the service was excellent. Breakfast is available in Land&Lake on the ground floor. And is good. You can also get a To-Go coffee from them.

Friendly staff, very clean room, great shower, loved the hot tub and pool (although hot tub was not working the last night of our stay. We were on the 25th floor with a beautiful view of Chicago. Many outlets

The staff! Each staff were helpful, present and with great service. Kudos to Shea at the front desk as she was warm in her greetings, answered all my questions, and most of all a kind, helpful person. Great staff! Rooms always clean, always well prepared. They are transitioning from Virgin so updating g cafes etc. Didn’t notice.
