Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate for an earlier check-in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. Great location as well, as it was a 5 minutes walk from Busan Station and the KTX. There were also many great places to eat nearby. Room also had a dry cleaning amenity which was very cool. Overall, the stay was very memorable and will always be a place I would love to re-book in the future.

"The beds were nice, but the room was very tiny; not a lot of space to open up our large suitcases. The deck area was ok, mainly used to expand our suitcase. No closet space, the sink kept getting clogged, it took a while for the shower to drain, and the carpet looked dingy. The elevator took forever ..."
