"My Daughter and I visited COHO in late January for a ski trip during a snowstorm. We were greeted by the owners and their daughter Rosie shoveling off our entrance to room. The room had exactly what we needed for a overnight stay. After Dinner we went into Lobby/Lodge and played board games, vintage Pacman and bought some local craft beer. We had hot coco/tea. I was lucky to have great conversations with owners and talk about them rehabbing and reviving COHO and challenges that come along with it. Breakfast was awesome where once again the owners and daughter tended to our every need. If you're looking for a break from corporate/commercial Ski lodging, then give them a chance and support a family with a dream! The location is great, close to town, and we enjoyed the nearby coffee shop, diner, and café, as well as the close proximity to Magic Mountain.While the home was cozy and nicely appointed, we did find the bed to be very uncomfortable. We communicated this to the property manager, who was responsive and communicated well. They indicated they would investigate our concerns regarding the bed, and we hope this will be addressed so future guests can fully enjoy the property and have a restful night’s sleep.If not for the bed issue, we would have given this property a 5‑star rating."
