Welcome to Duck Run! A tranquil farmhouse located just outside of Mackeyville.
- Escape to the natural beauty of North-CentralPennsylvania at our charming country home,Duck Run, just nestled outside the village of Mackeyville. Set on a serene lot with a stream, this lovingly restored 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath home delivers a comfortable and stylish living space- the perfect base for outdoor adventures, athletic events, graduations, family gatherings or quiet get-aways. Some attractions in the area are Millbrook Playhouse, Piper Aviation Museum, Bald Eagle State Park, Penn’s Cave and Wildlife Park. The Mackeyville Greenhouse and Marketplace (coffee shop too) is an Amish market close by and perfect for groceries, premade food and sandwiches. There are also many restaurants and brewpubs if you want to venture out for dining.
The one acre lot is flat and usable for outside activities, relaxing by the fire pit, hosting a party or event. We are also happy to assist you in planning your perfect event on the property for an additional cost.
The home is a short drive from Lock Haven University and Penn State University.
