Come in and relax. We love the water views and the vibrant beach community. Our home is fully furnished with tasteful coastal decor. Bedroom one Queen bed complete with bedcovers, linens and comfy pillows. Central AC, ceiling fans. Twin bunks in 2nd bedroom. Bright sunny living room with water views, Catch a morning walk and magnificent sunrise & sunsets. Smart tv with wifi. Full dining area, Stocked galley kitchen with gas stove, microwave, we always have coffee! Full bath with toiletries, hair dryer. Enjoy the private backyard take a nap in the hammock, sit at the firepit on a chill evening. Sun deck and grilling area, outdoor hot & cold shower. Our enclosed garage offers rainy day space, ping pong, corn hole. Beach Chairs, kyaks, bring your water shoes for a walk out to famous Charles island. Lifeguard and beautiful pavilion with showers and concession stand at end of the road "silver sands state park &beach. Bike trails, birdwatching. Downtown milford has night life, music, culinary delights, festivals, farmers market on the green. Did you say Pizza? Fresh seafood? Walk to town is only 1.2 miles. Loved our beach vacation

The house was super cute, very clean and had a great location. Denise went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovey time. The backyard was beautiful and my kids loved all the critters and shells on the beach.

Adorable cottage across the street from beach, very clean, quiet, friendly and accessible owner. It was perfect for us and we hope to go back.

Best stay ever

The house is absolutely perfect. Location, cleanliness, beach amenities, owner communication, etc. I’ve stayed at 30+ VRBO/Aribnb properties over the last decade and this is by far one of my top 2. Denise was so nice and accommodating and even had restaurant & entertainment suggestions. The house, the yard, garage, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, kayaks, fire pit…it all made our stay so wonderful. We will absolutely be back.
