Bob and Linda are awesome hosts. They were always willing to accommodate us weather it was what was served for breakfast (which was always wonderful) to advising us where to go for dinner and what beaches were the best to visit along with gardening tips.. Their home was immaculate and so beautiful. Loved their sweet dog. I hope we will be able to visit them again.

So relaxing
We absolutely love the relaxing atmosphere of the property and the hosts. This was our 3rd time staying at Iona, and we enjoyed every minute. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet you are only a few minutes from tons of restaurants, shopping, and the beaches. The gourmet breakfasts are presented so lovely, and they taste even better. We will be back! Thank you, Robert & Linda

We always enjoy hosting Kim and her mother, Lynn, at Iona Inn. We enjoy interacting with them and catching up on how things have been since their last visit. They are very pleasant guests, and we look forward to their return visits!

Great stay
We had an amazing stay at Iona Inn. Robert and Linda were wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. The beautiful sun rise from the front patio and just as amazing sun sets from the back deck. Breakfasts freshly cooked by Robert were delicious. We felt totally at home and we will be back.

Great place 3rd visit!
This was our 3rd stay at Iona farms. We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament at the sports complex. Very convenient location. Iona is a great place to come back to and unwind after a long day. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing place
This was our second time staying at the inn. We were here for a tournament at the nearby fields. Great location and accommodations. Highly recommend!

The property is stunningly beautiful and the hosts Robert and Linda are wonderful! The location is close to the beaches and, for our purpose, the lacrosse fields. We were blessed to stay at this wonderful home!

Exceeded Our Expectations
I booked the Iona Inn for a two-night getaway with my mother who had just celebrated her 80th birthday. The property is truly a hidden gem that worked perfectly for us to visit a friend in Magnolia, then enjoy the ocean and walk the boardwalk in Rehoboth, DE. Robert & Linda (& their sweet dog, Chip) are such gracious hosts, who provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for us to relax in. We booked the two adjacent rooms on the first floor that share a bathroom, which worked great to each have our own space yet be close together. The entire inn is spotless and beautifully decorated with antiques and gorgeous crystal but never feels stuffy. We fell asleep to the country-sounds of tree frogs and crickets and woke to the delicious smell of a gourmet breakfast. Robert treated us to a mouth-watering breakfast each day set on gorgeous table settings while enjoying the view of their angelic water feature & horse stables. Every detail was considered, and it really made us feel appreciated and cared for. Thank you Robert, Linda & Chip for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful inn. You took such great care of us. We will definitely be back again!

Relaxing Getaway
We enjoyed our stay so much. Robert and Linda were wonderful hosts. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing. We all thought the breakfasts were fantastic! We will definitely recommend Iona Stables and Inn to our family and friends.

Tranquilty
Robert and Linda have a beautiful home! The setting is so peaceful and private, with porches and patios galore! Our hosts provided excellent breakfasts and lots of fantastic tips. They also have a charming dog who we adored. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend!

Great experience.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast
Robert and Linda are exceptional hosts! This is a spectacular property and home! Full of history and family stories ...we felt right at home. Our delishious breakfasts were carefully prepared with our dietary needs considered. Even our table settings were thoughtfully and elegantly prepared! Beautiful place!
Robert and Linda were the best hosts! Their place is beautiful and the accommodations were great! A nice welcome when we arrived with snacks and then a delicious breakfast in the morning. Can't wait to visit again!
