We were there for a three night stay and they never had maid service come to our room to check on whetherwe needed to be restocked on things. When we did ask for clean towelas and facecloths it was inconvenient to them. Ants in the room and no bathroom fan.

The room was clean but there was a lightbulb that was out in the bathroom and the faucet leaked somewhat. The staff was great but I didn't rate them as Excellent because there was a car parked in the drop-off area for almost 24 hours. When I spoke with the manager (Yogin) she said it was her car and she left it there because it was raining. It only rained for about an hour and I am sure that this would not be allowed by a guest. I thought it was unprofessional of a hotel employee.

Great hotel at affordable price! Clean rooms, good breakfast. They do have a very strict pool policy, only registered guests may use the pool. You have to sign folks in at the front desk in order to swim. So if you are visiting cousins / grandkids and hoping to invite them for a swim, think again...

We stopped for just the night on our travel. Location was perfect, very easy to get to from the highway. Close to many meal choices. Staff at checkin were nice. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

It was ok. Front desk staff was ok. For what we paid I would have expected a better experience. The pull out bed was not made up nor was there sheets in the room. I had to go to the front desk. There was a broken small refrigerator in the room which was not necessary because there was a full size fridge already. Overall not impressive.

THEY FIRST GAVE ME THE WRONG ROOM, THEN THE ROOM I WAS GIVEN NEXT THE DOOR WAS OFF THE HINGES AND STAFF HAD A CROW BAR TO OPEN THE DOOR. THE SHOWER HEAD FELL OFF, I NEVER SLEPT IN THE ROOM BECAUSE IT WAS DANGEROUS. I STAYED UP ALL NIGHT IN MY CAR AND WAS GLAD HAPPY TO GET ON THE ROAD THE NEXT DAY. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANY OF MY CLIENTS THERE!!!

The most convenient hotel in Milford. East access to anything in Kent County. Room was large, clean, and spacious. When in Milford, it is my first and only choice

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones pero neceita ampliar un area de desayuno es muy pequena para los huespedes que tiene. La atencion de la rececionista es muy pero muy desagradable y extremadamente grosera. la verdad fue muy desagradable el trato de ella no solo con nosotros sino con otros huespedes que estamos presentes. No deberian tener un personal tan grosero como ella segun el senor de recepcion su nombre es yesica o yesenia es una mujer rubia. Deben ensenarle atencion al publico

As you pull in to the hotel, the outside light was flickering. The room was not very tidy, we did not have sheets and pillows for the pull out sofa and had to get it ourselves from the front desk.
