"Honeybee is the perfect location for exploring Bar Harbor and everything it offers. The 2 parking spaces are highly valuable! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, so maybe don’t invite the loud friend or family member, at least not if you like to hang outside in the evening. All in all we had a great stay! The only reason it didn’t earn 5 stars for me was due to the quality of beds, but I have really high standards."

"Home was clean and in a great location to walk all of Bar Harbor shops and restaurants. Also nice being able to walk to the Explorer bus stops to access Acadia park trails and sights without parking issues if you come during busy season (bus only runs certain months, did not use this visit but have on previous visits and LOVED the easy access)"

"My family and I stayed at Stephanie’s property for a long weekend away and it was wonderful! The location of the property was right near town, but still a little off the main street so it was comfortable and quiet. The home provided us with plenty of space for all of us (5 grown adults) to stay and hang out. Stephanie was great the entire time and provided quick responses along with recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again as I know I’d have a fantastic trip!"

"We had a wonderful time hiking Acadia with our dogs during the quiet season. It was great that the property was available to us when most of the rentals are closed for the winter. The property was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was located right near the Schoodic Point, a beautiful area of Acadia. We got to take in the exciting remnants of a coastal storm from a safe distance. All of us truly enjoyed our stay."

"Overall the place was nice. We didn’t get a chance to kayak, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. The kitchen was well stocked and we made all our dinners there. The bathroom had some black mold on the ceiling, which was concerning. The directions could also have been more descriptive, we got there after dark and had trouble finding the place."

"Had an absolutely wonderful time! The place was amazing and everything was provided. My sister, six neices and I had a very relaxing weekend. Beds were very comfortable and the view was unbelievable. We would rate it a 10 plus looking forward to coming back next year. 💕"

"We had an excellent stay in this home. We use short term rentals often and I believe this is the absolute cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and roomy. There were only 2 of us so we only used one bedroom upstairs but the bed was comfy and we had plenty of linens and towels. Having dedicated parking was wonderful and the location was great- only a short walk to downtown. Good communication with the host and overall just a great stay. Would definitely recommend."

"This was by far one of the BEST rental homes I’ve ever stayed at. From the views, to the cleanliness of the home, to ALL of the amenities and carefully crafted home features. The house is extremely well stocked for any type of cooking you prefer to do too! They did not cut any corners. My new husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay here. 100% recommend!"

"Enjoyed a stay here in December with our three kids. The location just steps away from a playground is awesome, and it is easy walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals all week, and the house was very clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend to other travelers visiting MDI!"

"The house was very well stocked & the furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, including spices, although we ate most of our lunch & dinners out. Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound (on the way in to Bar Harbor) has tbe best lobsters. They are steamed in sea water. The view at the house is spectacular & it's a great location. We love exploring so it was easy to get to Acadia Nat'l Park,(a must see) (we had to go to Jordan Pond for their famous popovers). Bar Harbor,...

"We had a very nice stay. The view of the inlet with all the lobster boats was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock/water access as well - our kids were able to spend some time fishing and even waded in the water. The drive is a little far to Acadia (a little over an hour) but we were still able to use the rental home as a base for visiting the National Park."

"It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well."

"This house was just spectacular. We were looking for something that was quiet , on the water, and this house didn't disappoint. Close enough to so many activities but far enough from the crowds of Bar Harbor. The house was very very clean and had everything we were looking for. Chad was extremely accommodating in any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. No issues at all staying here. Highly recommended !! Thank you Chad !"
