Everything about this hotel was perfect, especially how helpful and kind the staff were!

A lovely stay — would absolutely book again! We had a really enjoyable stay at the Riu Plaza London Victoria and would have no hesitation recommending it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming — genuinely some of the friendliest hotel staff we have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble, and their helpfulness throughout our stay made a real difference. Breakfast was a real highlight — the selection was fabulous, with a wide variety of hot and cold options that left us well and truly satisfied each morning. Definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts we have had. The location is superb for exploring London. Victoria bus, train and tube stations are all just moments away, making travel around the city effortless. There is also a great range of eateries close by for lunch and dinner, and a large Sainsbury's nearby which is brilliantly handy for snacks, drinks or anything else you might need. Our only downside was being placed in a basement room. We could hear the rumble of the Underground as well as the noise of rollers from suitcases and trolleys passing by overhead — not a deal-breaker, but worth requesting a higher floor when booking to avoid this. Overall, a lovely stay with bags of character, a fantastic central location and genuinely outstanding service. We will absolutely be booking again — just not a basement room next time!

It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!
