We had a nice stay, wish we could have stayed longer. It was great that our beloved bailey (toy poodle) was welcomed also. Everything was within walking distance with lake views. Thankyou for the stay

The couple who managed the property offered excellent service. The rooms are basic but excellent value for money. Great location just short walk to everywhere.

Older 80s style BUT very clean and comfy exc bed and good sleep. Very clean and tidy, nice continental breakfast . Owner Chris couldn't do enough. Would stay again👍😁

This property is really good value for a low-budget motel. The bed was huge - and extremely comfortable! Also, there was a great continental breakfast included, making the property even more appealing!

Great value for money and room was excellent and clean. Motel has a few permanent guests with bits and pieces around the motel but was quiet and no issues. Room and bed was very comfortable and staff were pleased to assist. Milang is quiet town and motel across road from lake. There is a classic pub, bakery, takeaway and excellent mini mart very close

When we arrived at property we were informed that they had overbooked.They had arranged for us to be transferred to a cabin at the nearby caravan park. This was in spite of us making the booking on 16th. December 2018 through Wot if. Also we were confused with the payment arrangements. The Wot if booking summary indicated that a deposit of $85. was processed and the balance due at the motel was AU$0.00. However, this amount never appeared on the credit card, which the number was quoted as part of the booking request. The motel has not charged a fee for their room, nor have they charged a fee for the caravan park cabin ( by mutual arrangement). Could you please explain the apparent discrepancy with your deposit processing. We mention that the owner was extremely apologetic and embarrest.We did have several amicable discussions

Neat, clran room with king size bed. I arrived at about8pm and by 8:15 i was sitting with the owners drinking champagne. They also invited me to share their evening meal of Atlantic Salmon. Excellent hosts.

Room was OK, but it's hard to see why anyone would want to visit Milang. No attractions or scemery worth memtioning.

Quiet relax

Milang is slightly out of the tourist loop but still an enjoyable place to visit and close to Langhorne Creek winery area. The motel is basic but Chris who runs it is friendly and he has a lovely collection of birds. The room was comfortable and typical motel style circa 1970s. A full sized fridge, a TV, table & chairs in room, bathroom has a spacious shower. There is a sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. Plus crockery and cutlery. A light breakfast is too sweet cereal and white bread with butter, jam, vegemite is provided along with tea, coffee and fresh milk. The town is small so thI motel is central. There is a pub that serves meals although we decided to go to the pub at Langhorne Creek.

Clean but very dated

For the cost, it's everything you could ask for. Friendly staff and very clean but also very dated. With a bit of sprucing up it could be a real bonanza.
